“ Great Indian food. So easy to place an order and pick it up. I have had food from here several times. Never disappoints!! ”
“ Today was our second time ordering food to pick up from Punjabi Kitchen. The food is EXCEPTIONAL! So far, we've had Korma, Naan, Raita, Pakora, Saag, and Chutneys. Every single dish has been WONDERFUL! Do yourself a favor and GO THERE TODAY! You will NOT be disappointed. ”
“ Excellent & tasty food. Real North Indian food versus a lot of other restaurants that have a Southern flavor. Reasonable priced. ”
“ I'll admit I don't "know" Indian food but my lunch of Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosa, and Nan was delicious. Reasonable price for the quality and portions. I did take-out, just a few tables and they were full of happy families. ”
“ I discovered this place when making plans to see a show at the Majestic Theater, right around the corner. I'm glad I did because I've been back many times since. Intense flavors and freshly made food. Atmosphere is nothing special, but we've noticed droves of Grubhub drivers coming and going, so this may be strategic. There are less than 10 tables in their dining room, and certainly space for more. Staff is always pleasant, whether eating in or dining out. ”
“ Amazing , addicting , and very reasonably priced . Love this place , very good food and friendly service . Thank you. ”
“ I was teetering between giving this place a 3 or 4 star review, so I felt generous and gave it a 4.. more like a 3.8 but who's counting. The place is pretty small as there is a one way parking in the back (was very sketchy) and there were only four tables inside. We went with the Chicken Tikka Masala (in a medium) and another chicken curry dish (forgot the name but started with a P and had some peppers, this was more oily and not a lot of curry). We also got two orders of garlic naan to split and those were the star of the show. They were glistening, fresh, crunchy yet fluffy, and full of garlic and cilantro. My tikka masala had a strong creamy tomato taste and was not spiced as I've had at other places. I ordered it medium and there really wasn't a hint of spice. The slices of chicken were so sparse and for a whopping $17, was not worth it. Portions were also quite small compared to other Indian restaurants. So, I was pretty disappointed in the flavors, amount, and price of the curry, but it was still a pleasant experience. Also, we were sat and given two bottles of Poland Springs water bottles--without asking--so we thought this was a kind gesture and their cups were all broken or something because usually, a cup of water was the norm. Well, after receiving the check, it looks like they charged us a dollar per bottle! Not a big deal but it would've been nice to be given a heads up that this wasn't a complimentary bottle of water haha. Oh well. Not my go to for Indian, but the naan definitely slaps. ”
“ Absolutely excellent. We ordered takeout-- samosas, chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, and naan. The staff was super friendly when we picked it up and service was super fast (ready in about 15 minutes despite peak dinner hours). Everything was stunning, and the samosa was still crispy after the drive home. And the samosa-- the pastry was perfectly delicate and thin, which is hard to find in my experience. My toddler demolished hers and specially loved the rice, which was prepared with care, just the right bite, not at all starchy (so you know they put the time in to wash it properly), and I love that they added cumin seed (I think it was cumin) to it. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and flavorful. I'm pregnant right now, with spicy foods causing immediate heartburn, which sucks because I'm absolutely craving some heat! All this to say that, having to get my food mild isn't my favorite but this masala was so scrumptious I didn't even miss it. My husband's lamb korma was warming and the lamb with richly flavored. And the naan, which we got plain, was fairly complex in flavor, had a lovely chew, and a great balance of sweetness and bitter from the light char. Will be returning, and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. ”
“ Excellent Indian food! I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance; however, the food I ordered was delicious! I got the shahi paneer, basmati rice, and garlic naan. Everything was fresh and authentic! They are a bit pricey, but the serving sizes are generous. I easily had enough leftovers for another full meal. ”
